Farm Substitute for Vänersborg/Falköping

We are now looking for someone who wants a varied job around Vänersborg/Falköping and the surrounding area.

As a substitute, you work independently with freedom under responsibility, and with a service-oriented mindset, you put the customer in focus. You will be part of the Farm Services department where your colleagues are Animal Technicians and Fertility Advisors. The department organizes joint training days and experience meetings, which fosters team spirit and camaraderie. As a substitute, you are home-based but belong to an operational site where more functions are available.

Your tasks include: Traditional animal husbandry on dairy farms, as well as other service tasks such as taking feed samples using a feed auger or delivering and setting up milk testing boxes. If you are the right person, you have great opportunities to influence your work based on your interests and experience. Our mission is to serve agriculture according to needs, so variation may occur.

Employment and scope: We start with a probationary employment that transitions into a permanent position in the desired scope. At least 50% with the possibility to extend up to 100%.

Suitable education and experience: Agricultural education or equivalent practical experience is required. You should have experience working with tied herds or in a pit. If you also have experience in dairy production in robotic herds, it is an advantage. A B driver's license is required. Knowledge of the Swedish language is essential. If you love farm animals, have a good eye for animals, are flexible and service-oriented, this is the dream job for you.
